Denison also manages the largest portfolio of parking garages owned by the City of Indianapolis through its contract with the Capitol Improvements Board. Denison commitment to service has resulted in substantial improvements in revenues from these properties. The CIB portfolio includes Conseco Fieldhouse and Lucas Oil Stadium.

Denison Parking is proud to be the visitor parking manager for the Hoover Dam in Boulder City, Nevada. The Hoover Dam is a National Historic Landmark and has been rated by the American Society of Civil Engineers as one of America's Seven Modern Civil Engineering Wonders. In addition to being awarded the contract to manage the visitor parking program at Hoover Dam, Denison's duties were subsequently expanded to incorporate sales of visitor and tour tickets. This represents one of the first such contracts privatized by the federal government.
